EEX 9.2: No Matching Buffer Found Error Received, When a Saved Travel Authorization with an Attachment, Which Was Copied from an Existing Travel Authorization, Is Viewed (Doc ID 2171959.1)

Symptoms

When a Saved Travel Authorization with an Attachment, Which Was Copied from an Existing Travel Authorization, Is Viewed, the "No matching buffer found for level. (15,26) error" error message is received.

Steps:

  1. Create a travel authorization
  2. Add 5 Lines
  3. Add attachment to lines 1 & 5
  4. Click save for later (make note of travel authorization number)
  5. Delete lines 1 & 3
  6. Save for later
  7. Create a new TA by using the COPY FROM EXISTING AUTHORIZATION FEATURE (copy same travel authorization from the above steps)
  8. Add attachment to the first line in the new travel authorization
  9. Save for later
  10. View the travel authorization and the error below is received

Error:

No matching buffer found for level. (15,26) error.
