STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfields > Define Values > Chartfield values > Project
2. Select Add a new value and specify values
3. Select Save – Receive error
a) Error also received before saving and when searching
