Email is Not Sent to Suppliers That Did Not Win the Bid When the Bid is Filled (Doc ID 2172824.1)

Symptoms

After the requisition is filled, the expectation is the email notification should go out to the SPC's irrespective of whether provider contact or Location is selected on the source page. It seems to be working in other scenarios. However when the req is filled, email goes out only if Provider contact is selected from the drop down on the sourcing page. When Location is selected email notifications are not sent out.


STEPS
1. Configure system for email notifications
2. Create a new req
3. Source req to Supplier Location and a second supplier
4. Fill req with second supplier
5. Email with subject "[Services Procurement] Project Manager position on requisition number 0000000170 has been filled' should be sent to Supplier that did not get award
