Hi, we have noticed an issue in peopletools 8.55 that does not happen in version 8.54. The problem is the tabindex property in the HTML that is generated when the page renders, in 8.54 the first editable field on our page starts with a tabindex at a low number, but in 8.55 the tabindex starts much higher, and by about the midpoint of the page it exceeds the tabindex limit of common browsers, which is at 32767, and once it exceeds the limit, browser behavior is impacted fairly severely for tabbing through the page. Our page has a large number of hidden fields, and it would appear that the tabindex is incrementing for all of the hidden fields, not just the visible fields in 8.55, while in 8.54 the tabindex only increments for visible fields. Is there any way we can control the behavior of the tabindex assignment? Can you offer any insight into how the tabindex is assigned so we can work on ways to optimize our pages?
