When PO Is Resubmitted, It Does Not Appear In Mobile Purchasing (approval Page) (Doc ID 2173348.1)

Symptoms

When PO is Resubmitted , it does not appear in mobile Purchasing (approval page)

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Create PO and save
2 - Login as Approver from DesKtop and Deny/SendBack the PO.
3 - Login As user and resubmit the PO(Change quantity and save). Status changed to ‘pending approval’.
4 - Login As an Approver through Mobile Device/Use MAP URL.
     Approver is not able to view the PO which is resubmitted on Mobile Device/Using MAP Approval URL.
5 - Login through Desktop and navigate to worklist PO is available in worklist but not on Mobile.
