EBI9.2:Error Message On Standard Billing Search Page (Doc ID 2174965.1)

Goal

Why system is showing error when searching for non Invoiced bill from Standard billing page?

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Billing > Maintain Bills > Standard Bill.
  2. In the Bill Status drop down select 'not=' and provide the value 'Invoiced Bill' or 'Finalized Bill'.
  3. Click on Search and see the above error.

Invoice(s) in Finalized / Invoiced status cannot be viewed in Add/Update Bill Entry page. (12500,744)

Invoice(s) in Finalized / Invoiced status cannot be viewed in Add/Update Bill Entry
page. Use Billing > Review Billing Information > Details to see the Invoice details.
