Expected Job End Date resets after change in Action (Correct History)

Employee has EFFDT = 6/28/2015 with Action = Data Change and Expected Job End Date of 10/31/2015. User clicks "Correct History" and changes the Data Change to Pay Rate Change. The Expected Job End Date is reset to the 6/27/2015 which is the value on the previous row.

The Expected end date should not reset if a value already exists

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go the Employee Job data who has multiple job rows
2. Open the employee in correction mode
3. For a Data Change row, modify the Action to Pay Rate Change and observe the Expected End date is being reset to previous row value.
