Symptoms
Every time a user logs into the system, it is causing their version number in PSOPRDEFN to update (sometimes by multiple increments) and as a result, constant updates to their object cache which is causing severe performance issues.. There were also reported instances where all user profiles were being updated. For example, when copying a Role.
