EAR9.2: Conversation Report ARXCUSTCONVER Is Not Printing The Report As Expected (Doc ID 2176478.1)

Symptoms

When running "ARXCUSTCONVER" report as pdf format, it shows 3 lines per each conversation entry instead of showing just 1 line for each conversation entry.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Account Receivables/ Collection Workbench;
  2. Go to Conversations tab and click on Conversations Report link;
  3. Go to Accounts Receivable/ Collection Workbench/ Report Manager/ Customer Conversations Report and run ARXCUSTCONV process as pdf format in order to see Customer Conversations report - for each conversation entry the pdf report is displaying 3 lines per each conversation entry instead of showing just 1 line.
