Issue Statement:

PMT_DISP_BT process is failing with the error when multiple Security Rules are assigned to a single user id.

Steps:
-------
  1: Enable Security options for Financial Gateway
  2: Apply 2 rules
  3: Include the Rules to User
  4: Run the process PMT_DISP_BT
