When Chartfields are overridden. This happens when User preferences setid,
business unit are different from the one that is entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup a value for Setid and Business Unit in User preferences.

2. Create an Express Issue in Mobile Inventory with different SETID and BUSINESS UNITS.

3. Save it.
