Symptoms

Issue:
-------

Project definition does not work properly

We have tried to define a new project and it seemed the project had been created properly, but when we have tried to look for it, the system shows a message saying .
If we check the database information about this Project Id, we see that the Project has been saved but with the SETID field as blank.

Error:
------
“No matching values were found”

OR

"A SQL error occurred"

OR

"This Project ID already exists under another Business Unit. (13100,60)
This Project ID already exists under another Business Unit. Duplicate Project IDs are not allowed. Please try again using a different Project ID."

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------

  1.  Confirm Project Costing is not installed
  2.  Add ChartField Value for Projects (Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfields > Define Values > Chartfield Values > Project )
  3.  Add new Project
  4.  Add a description and Click "Save"
  5.  Search for your newly created Value (Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design Chartfields > Define Values > Chartfield Values > Project )
  6.  “No matching values were found”
  7.  Add new Project again with the save name
  8.  Project exists.  Error: "This Project ID already exists under another Business Unit. (13100,60)"
