Symptoms



A SLA_CONSUMED Error appears while trying to close case.

Error : Assignment of 1304 number assigned to RC_ASSIGN_HIST.SLA_CONSUMED failed.
RC_CASE.CASE_ID.SavePreChange
PCPC:8454 Statement:139
 

REPLICATION STEPS:

1) Add new case and attach an agreement
2) Add Solution and try to close this Case it will give above error message.
