EEX 9.2: Attachments Are Not Deleted From File Server And Reference Records When Related Expense Report Is Deleted From The System

Attachment Files not removed from server when an Expense Report is deleted.
1. Create an Expense Report.
2. Add attachment on the header level.
3. Add attachment on the line level.
4. Save for later.
5. Delete the newly created Expense Report
Attachment reference is not deleted from the application records EX_ER_ATT_HDR, EX_ER_ATTACH and PV_ATTACHMENTS and Attachment file is not even deleted from the server.
If the Expense Report is not saved or it is deleted, related attachment reference and files should be removed from application records and file servers.
