Symptoms
On : PeopleTools 8.55 version, Process Scheduler
"Page data is inconsistent with database" error when trying to add or remove steps from a PSJOB and then save the change. After save error, however, exiting and then returning to the PSJOB definition shows that the change actually did take effect.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Jobs
2. Open a job definition
3. Add or remove a step and save
4. Observe "Page data is inconsistent with database" error message
