Cannot View Denied Plog Details

The approver once he Deny and on click of OK on AWE Approval map, the PLOG could not be opened due to access issues. Ideally this action should launch Progress Log Summary page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Create new WO.
2.Populate WO details and Populate WO Cost
3.Add actitivies
4.Submit and approve the WO > Release it.
5.Log in as the service provider contact - CINDY
6.Add progress log.
7.PLOG has been submitted
8.Log in as VP1(Approver1)
9.Navigate to Manage Approvals > Open the transaction
10.Approve the transaction
11.Log in as VP2(Approver2)
12.Click on Deny > Enter Reason code > Click ok
13.Click ok
14.Error message appears
15.Manage Approvals > Search for Transaction
16.Click on Process Log ID > Error appears
