Statement Of Issue
When a course is attached to a certification with historical credit turned on, the completion engine process is taking the historical credit in to consideration when the credit period is not expired at the time of learner enrollment in to the same course again.

When learner enrolls in to the course for again, the system should have compared the enrollment completion date with the program completion date before giving the historical credit, when the program is in warning status.

Replication Steps:

1 Login as a learner
2 Navigate to the page Main Menu> Self Service> Find Learning.
3 Search for the course “New Hire Orientation”.
4 Click on “Enroll” button.
5 Click on the “Submit Enrollment” button.
6 Click on the “Launch” hyperlink and then complete the course.
7 Verify that course is completed by navigating to the My Learning page.
8 Update the enrollment table with the appropriate date (Say 01-Jun-2016), within the historical period of the program (30 days).
