Issue with REQ_LINE.CALC_PRICE_FLG for a Requisition Created with the Requisition Loader (PO_REQLOAD) Process.

There is an inconsistency with the CALC_PRICE_FLG.
When the requisition is created via REQLOAD. the CALC_PRICE_FLG = Y in the database only.
On line the value = N.
If you just click SAVE. The REQ_LINE.CALC_PRICE_FLG changes to N.
If the requisition is sourced to a purchase order when the CALC_PRICE_FLG = Y (database value), the resulting purchase order - the price field is not editable.
If the requisition is saved, the CACL_PRICE_FLG changes to N and when the PO is built, the price field can be edited.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Requester Setup: Can change price on order = N
ReqLoad Defaults: Can change price on order = N
Contract Line Details: Can change price on order = N
Item Vendor: Can change price on order = Y.
Run Inventory Replen
Query REQ_LINE and see the value for CALC_PRICE_FLG. Value = Y
Display the requisition, sourcing controls - CALC_PRICE_FLG = N.
AutoSource the Requisition.
Display the PO and notice that the Price Field is not editable.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the PO Price on a purchase order created from an Inventory Replen
