On the Maintain Success Plans page, Impact of Loss and Risk of Leaving are defaulted from Career Plan.
On the Candidates tab, the Risk of Leaving field is not editable but Impact of Loss can be edited.
Could you please clarify why value of Impact of Loss can be edited when it's defined in Career Plan, while Risk of Leaving is not allowed to be edited?
