Issue In Price Adjustment Link On Checkout Of Eprocurement Requisition (Doc ID 2180279.1)

When editing an eProcurement requisition there is a price adjustment link that brings up a secondary page that shows the value Adjustments. The requisition does not use items. If the requisition is open or pending status the Adjustment amount can be changed. When we change the amount and return to the main page the price has not changed. Clicked on Save for Later and re-edited the requisition but the Price is still the original Price.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.Create Special Request Requisition > checkout > save for later
2.Expand requisition line > Click on Price Adjustment link
3.Changed Adjustment Amount from 200 to 400
4.Click Return
5.The Price has not changed on the requisition
