Symptoms
When adding new values in Federal/State Taxes the system is appending .00 to any entry.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Federal/State Taxes>SOC
2. Add a new value
3. See .00 appended
