ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Ebill payment history direct debit payment shows applied after applying fix for bug 22588710 but view detail shows blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
View detail link should show invoice details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Ebill payment history view direct debit payment it is applied but click on view detail shows blank.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The detail invoice information is not available for user.
