Symptoms


Cashiering Tender Key Setup: Changes are not getting saved

When moving to tools 8.55 CS 9.2, we have found that any modification to the Tender Key Setup is not getting saved.



ERROR

"No matching values were found. "



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Select Tender of Cash
2) Add a new cashier AADAMS and save
3) Add a register to AADAMS cashier and save
4) Open Cashier's Office (Main)
5) Verify that the Office, Registers and Cashiers are open. Add AADAMS as
Cashier, add REG2 Register. When it's time to add the tender key, the look
indicates No matching values were found.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have lost the capability to add new cashier or modify any existing cashiers to use a new Tender key.

Changes

Upgrading to Campus solutions 9.2  causes this issue.
