Symptoms


Cashiering Tender Key Setup: Changes are not getting saved

When moving to tools 8.55 CS 9.2, we have found that any modification to the Tender Key Setup is not getting saved.



ERROR

"No matching values were found. "



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Select Tender of Cash
2) Add a new cashier and save
3) Add a register to the same user assigned the cashier in step 2 and save
4) Open Cashier's Office (Main)
5) Verify that the Office, Registers and Cashiers are open. Add the user to the open Office as
Cashier, add REG2 Register. When it's time to add the tender key, the look
indicates No matching values were found.


Changes

Upgrading to Campus solutions 9.2  causes this issue.
