Symptoms

When trying to apply CS 9.0 MP 18 DELTA using Change Assistant with PeopleTools 8.55, on step upd898732_11_DMS, it fails with the following error.  This also occurs when applying CS 9.0 Bundle 31 with PT 8.55.

1. Apply CS 9.0 REV 6 [ML].
2. Using change assistant, apply CS 9.0 MP ML 18 DELTA.
