Session Logout when Accessing Manager Dashboard via Manager Self Service Menu (Doc ID 2181283.1)

When Managers with login to PeopleSoft and navigate to Manager Dashboard, they get logged out with the below error.

An error has occurred.

You may attempt to sign in again.

If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.

Please make sure your Webserver and Appserver are up. whsignin.html file does not exist in your web server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PeopleSoft as user with Manager Role
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Manager Dashboard
3. Notice user gets logged out with the above error.
