"Numeric value out of range" SQL Error on Performance Tile of Employee Self Service on the Fluid Home Page. (Doc ID 2181769.1)

Symptoms

When Appraisal ID's(EP_APPRAISAL_ID) > 999 and landing on the Employee Self Service in Fluid Mode, the Performance title has following error message on it.

Failed SQL stmt: SELECT EMPLID, EMPL_RCD, EP_APPRAISAL_ID, PERIOD_BEGIN_DT, (CONVERT(CHAR(10),PERIOD_BEGIN_DT,121)), PERIOD_END_DT, (CONVERT(CHAR(10),PERIOD_END_DT,121)), EP_REVIEW_TYPE, EP_TEMPLATE_ID, (CONVERT(CHAR(10),EP_TMPL_EFFDT,121)), EP_REVIEW_STATUS, EP_APPROVAL_STATUS, EP_EE_REVIEW_FLG, EP_EMPL_ACK_IND, (CONVERT(CHAR(10),EP_EMPL_ACK_DT,121)), RATING_MODEL, REVIEW_RATING, EP_PRE_REVW_RATING, EP_MANAGER_ID, EP_EE_FIRST_NAME, EP_EE_LAST_NAME, EP_EVALUATEE_NAME, EP_MGR_FIRST_NAME, EP_MGR_LAST_NAME, EP_MANAGER_NAME, EP_DOC_USAGE_IND FROM PS_EP_APPR_SEL2_VW ORDER BY EMPLID

1. Login in to Application
2. Home Page>Employee Self Service>Performance tile, SQL Error triggers.
