Interview Required Flag Not Defaulting Correctly From Role Attributes Setup (Doc ID 2181838.1)

Symptoms

Project Role Attributes Set Up Navigation: Service Procurement > Define Services Procurement > Service (Project Role) Setup > Service/Project Role Attribute
Search for Service - ASSISTANT (Resource)
Interview Required Flag is default to unchecked
 
Create a requisition and add ASSISTANT to cart.
Interview Required Flag is checked even though the project role setup is set to unchecked.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Set up Navigation :Service Procurement > Define Services Procurement > Service (Project Role) Setup > Service/Project Role Attribute
2. Search for Service – ASSISTANT(Resource),By default Interview Required flag is unchecked
3.Now we will create a Req for same service(PROJ_WORKER) :Select Resource Service method,Select same service ASSISTANT
4. As we can see that even if in set up for the same service the Interview Required flag has been defaulted to ‘Not checked’ whereas while creating Req for same service the flag is appearing as ‘checked’.(Issue)
It should not defaulted to be checked in requisition Page.
