PS_PC_FLEX_VW has incorrect LENGTH function in SQL (for SQL Server)

Upgrading to Financials 9.2 PUM #20 from PUM #9. During the "Create Views" step of Change Assistant, the "cp_delvw_crtvw.sql" script failed on the PS_PC_FLEX_VW view:

For now, I've modified the SQL to correct the invalid function so the script could run successfully. We don't use the Project Costing module, by the way.

Msg 195, Level 15, State 10, Procedure PS_PC_FLEX_VW, Line 26838
'LENGTH' is not a recognized built-in function name.

The SQL for this view has an invalid function LENGTH. For SQL Server, this should be LEN.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As part of 9.2 PUM #20 upgrade, running cp_delvw_crtvw.sql throws the above error for PS_PC_FLEX_VW in SQL server environment
