custom javascript error - can't find variable: MVMapView

This is for Reporting Locations under TL - viewing

We're running into problem with different browsers we're using. It appears we can see location with Internet Explorer via Widnows but when running Chrome. We cannot see location at all. We get this "custom javascript error ReferenceError: Can't find variable: MVMapView.

The same for Safari as well.
