ELM : Duplicate Activity Gets Created When Cancelling The PopUp To Allow Duplicate Activity

On : 9.1 version, Manage Activity

Duplicate activity gets created when cancelling the popup to allow duplicate activity.

Expected not to see it after cancelling it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Activities
2. Search for any activity
3. Click the Clone link
4. Leave the Activity code as the same, which already exists in the system
5. Click the Continue button
6. Click the Save link
7. A Warning appears: "A duplicate activity code is already in the system (18092,1155)"
8. Click cancel
9. Search for the same activity in Maintain activities and you will find new activity created.
