Symptoms

When opening an Expense Report in Accessibility Mode there are no lines or boxes to split the page into different sections.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Activate accessibility mode
2. Navigate to Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Expense Reports > View

Actual Result
While opening the View Expense Report page in Accessibility mode, there are no lines or boxes to help user identify more easily to which heading the fields belong to.

Expected Result
There should be lines or boxes to break the page into discernible sections to help the user identify more easily the information on the page.
