EGL: Allocation Process Encountered An Error - "Pool amount is zero. No amounts allocated" (Doc ID 2184226.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Allocations

The Treasury allocation process is throwing zero pool amount error. Sometimes the allocation process works and sometimes doesn't.

ERROR

Pool amount is zero. No amounts allocated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Setup a Copy Allocation Step Setup Main Menu > Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Define Allocation Step
  2.  Navigate to: Main Menu > Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Allocation Request
  3.  Create Allocation request
  4.  Run FS_ALLC
  5.  Error: Pool amount is zero. No amounts allocated
