When finalizing a budget, following error shows up.

Finalizing Budget PC_DEL_UTIL.20000000.Step01 (SQL) failed
While Finalizing Budget PC_DEL_UTIL.20000000.Step01 (SQL) failed.
CallAppEngine: Application PC_DEL_UTIL: AppEngine error. PC_BUD_WRK.FINALIZE_SW.FieldChange NAame: LoadIntfcTbl PCPC: 12103 Statement: 148
During a CallAppEngine builtin functional call, the Application Engine detected an error.
STEPS
-----------------------
Navigate to Project Costing > Budgeting > Budget Plan
1) Add a new row and inactivate the first row.
2) Click on Budget detail
3) Distribute the budget by amount.
4) Click on Budget item.
5) Distribute the amount for Budget item.
6) Click on Even Spread
7) Click on Save and then click on Budget plan
8) Move to Finalize tab and click on Finalize button.
