On : 9.2 version, Case Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Transfer to" button is not getting displayed for Provider Group, Assigned To and Product @ Helpdesk -> Add Case

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transfer to button should be delivered, as per the functionality

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Helpdesk -> Add Case
2. Check the fields: Provider Group , Assigned to, and Product

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot traverse to the page, to check the details of the Provider group.
