Error While Creating The Supplier User - "THE PASSWORD FIELD DOES NOT MATCH THE CONFIRM PASSWORD"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When creating a New User from the Supplier portal where the User ID already
exists, after correcting the User ID value to a unique value, the next
message received is "The password field does not match the Confirm Password"
Click the Create New User Account link.
Enter a User Name that already exists.
Message received "User name already exists"
Change the User name and continue.
Error received: "The password field does not match the Confirm Password"
