Symptoms

Getting (No matching buffer found for level. (15,26) when registering a supplier then delete one of the profile questions then trying to open the supplier information page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Create Profile questions
2) Select these questions in the Supplier on-boarding Registration template ( Questions tab)
3) Create a new Supplier through the Supplier Registration and see that an approved Supplier is created
4) Once the Approved Supplier is created in the system, un-check one Profile question in the Supplier Registration Template
5) Try to open the Supplier
6) The issue 'No matching Buffer found for level' is encountered and we were not able to open the Supplier configuration
