Symptoms

 When Accessing the Class Roster, Administrators experience performance issue for Classes with over 420,000 enrollments.
 
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1.  Log in as User with an Administrator Role.
2.  Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Administer Class Roster and {search/select} Class with over 420,000 enrollments
3.  Notice accessing takes from 39 to 93 seconds to return with grid populated.
