eCompensation 'ApproveCompensationProposal' Transactions Are Not Displayed in the Approver's Worklist (Doc ID 2185835.1)

Symptoms

When the Approve Compensation Proposals process is routed to the Approver the transaction is not available on their Worklist. Note, Transaction does appear on the Review Transaction page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As a manager, submit the Approve Compensation Proposals for Approval
2. As the approver, navigate to Main Menu > Worklist > Worklist
3. Note that the transaction is not available
