New FLSA mandates say when an employee works multiple jobs for an employer, the FLSA designation/status for all jobs must be the same.
Does Oracle/PeopleSoft have any plans, such that when concurrent jobs are added for an employee, that a save/edit error be generated if the FLSA status for any of the subsequent job records to not match that of the primary job?
