Quick Links pagelet displays the link 'Chat with Agent' on a day defined as holiday

In the Quick Links pagelet, the link for ‘Chat with Agent’ shows up even though the current date is a holiday in the holiday schedule.

The Link does not show up if current date is the only date in the holiday schedule. Also, the Link does not show up if current date is the earliest date in the holiday schedule.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure Chat is setup
2. Go To HR Service Center (Employee Self Service > HR HelpDesk > HR Service Center). Confirm 'Chat with Agent' shows up in 'Quick Links' pagelet.
3. Go to Holiday Schedule and add current date as a holiday (Setup CRM > Common Definitions > Calendars and Schedule > Holiday Schedule)
4. Go to HR Service Center. In the Quick Links pagelet, the 'Chat with Agent' link doesn't show up.
5. Go to Holiday Schedule and add tomorrow's date as a holiday
6. Go to HR Service Center. In the Quick Links pagelet, the 'Chat with Agent' link doesn't show up.
7. Go to Holiday Schedule and add yesterday's date as a holiday
6. Go to HR Service Center. In the Quick Links pagelet, the 'Chat with Agent' link will show up. THIS IS NOT CORRECT.
