The Report Request window is not initially visible after being opened. After opening a layout and clicking Report Request in the nVision dropdown menu, in order to see the Report Request window you need click on the flashing nVision executable in the Windows taskbar. Otherwise the prompt isn't visible. This has been observed occurring when using PeopleTools 8.54 or higher and Excel 2013.
This occurs when doing the following:
1. Open Excel client
2. Open an nVision layout
3. Click the nVision drop down menu > Report Request
Note: This does not happen when you are viewing the nvsuser screen. This issue appears to only happen if a layout is open.
