CRM: Unassigned Service Orders Are Not Filter Into Dispatch Dash Board (Doc ID 2187146.1)

Symptoms


From the dashboard their are filters for business unit, provider group and region ID. When using provider group criteria the unassigned service order grid doesn't populate correctly - it shows ALL unassigned service orders for that particular business unit.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Main Menu -> FieldService -> Dispatch Board
2. select specific provider group
3. refresh the dispatch board
