On The Rates By Role Page, The Region Grid Is Displayed When It Should Be Hidden. (Doc ID 2187966.1)

Symptoms

The Regions grid on the Rates by Role is displaying when Include History mode is selected in rows with older effective dates for customers who didn't implement Program Management and Resource Management. The Regions grid should not be displayed if Program Management and Resource Management are not installed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Project Costing > Pricing Structure > Rates by Role
  2. Add a new row to an existing Rate by Role with new effective date
  3. Click the Include History button at the bottom right of the page and the View All for all effective rows.
  4. The Regions grid is displayed for a row with an older effective date.


Due to this issue, users are shown incorrect data.
