Symptoms

Issue:

When a element is modified after the worksheet is created, the changes does not reflect in the output. However, when new Worksheet is created for the same element the element
populates the amount correctly.


Expected behavior:
-----------------------
PeopleSoft Cash Flow Statement should populate the amount of elements correctly

Steps to replicate:
-----------------------

1. General Ledger >> Cash Flow Statement >> Element 
2. Add the new elements created into Worksheet (General Ledger >> Cash Flow Statement >> Worksheet)
3. Run the Process Cash Flow
