Tasks Fluid Tile on CS 9.2 Student Homepage Displays Incorrect Service Indicators Information

Tasks fluid tile on delivered Student Homepage displays holds/service indicators marked to not display in Self-Service
When service indicator code does not have "Display in Self-Service" selected, the hold/service indicator does not display in Tasks fluid tile.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up service indicator to not be displayed in Self-Service at Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Service Indicators > Service Indicator Table.
2. Apply all fixes for CS 9.2 PUM Images 1 and 2.
3. On Student Homepage, select Task tile.
4. Holds marked to not be displayed appear in grid.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, it makes it look like students have many things to accomplish, when in reality they have maybe one, or none.
