Symptoms

Getting an ORA-01400 error message when running LS_LM_ACT_CI search index.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged in as Administrator
2. Rebuild the index from Navigator > Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Rebuild index
3. Search and select index LS_LM_ACT_CI
4. Enter Run Control Data and click Run button and notice Index failed with error message
