E-SES: After applying BP6 on a Fresh Installation of SES, Search Framework Does Not Work (Doc ID 2188777.1)

Customer applied BP6 on a fresh installation of SES. Fresh installation of SES means that there were NO BP5 applied on the SES box at all before applying BP6. They completed the configuration requirements for integrating SES with PeopleSoft. Everything pings successfully. However unfortunately Search Framework did not work. During the Deploy process, the get the generic below error:
