Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
-----------------------------
When running the transaction management process, or CTM, after Bundle 41, the email address preferred flag is not set as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load constituent data into staging.
2. Verify that email address does not have preferred flag set on the Constituent Details page of the Constituent Staging component.
3. Select Search/Match/Post.
4. Go to Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person - Biographical Details page to view results.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, sql must be developed to correct data so it can be integrated to HCM as needed with preferred flag.
