Symptoms
Retroactive benefits deductions are not calculating correctly for an employee with no Empl Rcd or Benefit Record 0; benefit enrollment is on Empl Rcd/Ben Rcd 1.

1. Calculate retroactive benefit deductions (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Retroactive Payroll > Retro Benefits/Deductions > Process and Review Requests > Calculate Retro Ben/Deds).
