INPUT element are missing the ALT attribute, TITLE attribute or linked LABEL in My Task Page in CRM (Doc ID 2189534.1)

Symptoms

 Input element is missing the ALT or TITLE attribute, or LABEL attribute which is required. When we see the Source Code/Inspect Element of any check box on the "My Tasks" page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application in Accessibility Mode
2. Navigate to Main Menu-> My Tasks
3. Right click on any check box on the My Tasks page and in the code, please check the LABEL is present for the INPUT element.
